We’re committed to reducing food waste and single-use plastics across our operations with the dual goals of conserving resources and minimizing our environmental footprint.

Showcasing Our Local Partner Relationships
1964 Hospitality Group sources food from many local farmers, growers, and distributors. Our partners change throughout the year depending on seasonality and availability.
Local Farm Vendor Partners
Over 49 local farmers partner with our Produce Supplier Fresh Point to deliver fresh and local vegetables to the North Charleston area. 33 of those local farmers are located less than 200 miles from Charleston Southern University, supporting our sustainability efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.

Dining locations at CSU use select green cleaning products that have associated certifications. The use of these products or services is an instant indicator that they have met or exceeded leadership-level, life-cycle-based criteria for sustainability.
